It was in the central location, had very amiable staff at the reception desk. The hotel was in a good area, really close to Zurich, train station and the old town.

The hotel was spotless with well-trained staff and light breakfast. Absolutely superb view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too. Prime location with the main station walking distance to the venue. I greatly enjoyed the brunch in the Piadina-Bar, located nearby.

Whole place was fairly clean with nice views; efficient location very close to the Limmat river. The breakfast was fresh made, with lots of eggs, cereal and coffee.

I loved the immaculately clean room, the pool was excellent. The staff were happy to help when asked. The breakfast was extensive and there was a wide array of awesome food.

We had a very lovely stay here, would recomand it. This hotel was spotless and reasonably spacious. The place was set about 15 minutes walk from the downtown. The friendly service was provided in this good basic property. Not to mention reliable wifi!

Staff was funny, room was airy, location was incredible. Spacious suite and neat bed. There was an excellent bar with courteous service. Lovely garden and amazing pool area.

All in all a pleasant enough stay, the venue exceeded high expectations. The hotel itself was truly exceptional and clean with ideal location and staff. Also, Kriminalmuseum was 1 mile away from the property. We had early check-in on arrival.

It was as expected, had a such wonderful stay. Extremely helpful staff, we loved our stay near restaurants and bars. Soundproof double room and the bed was so perfect. Gorgeous food for breakfast. First-class service provided too. The location was unbeatable, near Helmhaus Gallery.

the staff were very welcoming, the hotel was fairly clean, breakfast was so lovely. the neat room was very compact and the bathroom was large. warm reception. i could park the car onsite. best possible location, not too far away from a tree-lined regenerated park.

My room was convenient and had a comfortable bed. The hotel was very close to sightseeing, the center of the Old Town, the river thanks to its prime location. People were competent and ready to render an excellent service. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby. The venue was what I enjoyed during my new year.

Supportive staff, absolutely clean hotel, simply delicious breakfast. I am glad I took standard king room, it was very stylish and tastefully decorated. Handy location to a historical museum. It's near a zoo and bars too;)))

It's welcome base for visiting some must see attractions in Zurich. Twin room is modern and very clean. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Good place, great for city break.

The staff are loyal, GREAT food, pleasant room. We had views of the city. This is a hotel go-to for Zurich!

Lovely place for a weekend in Zurich! Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Swiss Chuchi that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Brasserie Louis is located within 700 feet from the hotel. Our stay here was comfortable, right place for exploring Zurich...
